Diversion Program (Workforce Track)
Letters to Ron operates a structured workforce diversion program for adults, providing court‑referred participants with accountability, routine, and productive labor in real work settings. The program is non‑denominational and non‑partisan, grounded in conservative values of personal responsibility, work ethic, and respect for community standards.
Participants work in supervised, task‑based environments with clear expectations, written standards, and measurable performance outcomes. The focus is not treatment, therapy, or recreation, but the development of reliable work habits, job‑ready skills, and discipline that support long‑term employability and reduced recidivism.
Equine Groom School
The Equine Groom School is a workforce horse management program focused on professional equine care, grooming, and stable operations within functioning barns and facilities. It is not a riding school and does not include recreational equine activities. Training centers on daily operational tasks, safety, and responsibility, delivered in short, repeatable work modules that can be combined into individualized schedules for court‑referred and workforce participants. Each module has defined tasks, time-on-task expectations, and performance checks that translate directly to employable skills.

Letters to Ron offers a structured workforce diversion program for adults. This initiative focuses on accountability, routine, and productive labor to help court-referred participants succeed.

Structure, not therapy. Work, not counseling.
Research demonstrates that meaningful work, structured accountability, and marketable skills are more effective for reducing recidivism and supporting employment than therapeutic interventions alone.
